  • Booking enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, location and any message you provide via the booking or contact forms.
  • Account information: only the site owner has an admin account; visitors do not create accounts.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the photography service you've requested, and send booking confirmations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Processing is based on your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in providing our photography service. Where a contract is formed, processing is necessary for the performance of that contract.

5. Who we share with

  • Our hosting and database provider (used only to store enquiries securely).
  • Our transactional email provider (used only to send booking confirmations and replies).
  • Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are retained for up to 3 years, after which they are deleted unless we are required to keep them for tax or legal purposes.

7. Your rights

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access restricted to the site owner. Passwords are salted and hashed; we never store payment card details on our servers.
