Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of thebaileyperspective.co.uk and any photography services booked through it. By using the site or booking a session you agree to them.

1. About us

The Bailey Perspective is a photography practice based in Kent, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@thebaileyperspective.co.uk.

2. Bookings & deposits

• All bookings are confirmed in writing (email) once we've agreed date, location and scope.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the date. The balance is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed.
• Enquiries submitted via the booking form are treated as requests, not confirmed bookings, until we reply confirming availability.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit. If we cancel due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, we'll reschedule or refund in full.

4. Delivery of images

Edited images are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks of the session via an online gallery. Delivery timelines are guidance; specific deadlines can be agreed in writing.

5. Copyright & usage

• All photographs remain the copyright of The Bailey Perspective.
• Clients receive a personal-use licence to print, share and post the delivered images.
• Commercial use (advertising, resale, brand campaigns) requires a separate commercial licence — please ask.
• The Bailey Perspective retains the right to use images for portfolio, social media and marketing unless a written non-disclosure has been agreed.

6. Insurance

The Bailey Perspective carries public liability insurance. Details available on request.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to a booking is limited to the total fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Website use

Content on this site (photography, text, design) is © The Bailey Perspective and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
